Today we had our first skate sesion in China. We went to the skatepark with one of my friends named Sean. There was a competition at the park so we bought our skateboards and went to skate at the disco park. it was designed for roller skaters but we payed t oskate so they didn't really mind. We had fun and just rolled around a little bit. We finally got tired because of all of the heat and went home. It was the end of my first skate sesion in China.

This is a guide with tips on how to pull a rock 'n' roll.

First, you concentrate on getting enough speed to make it up the ramp. You have to keep your eyes on the ramp and don't look around or else you will fall.
My second tip is that, when you are going up the ramp, watch the coping as you roll up to it. Keep your mind on what you are doing and not on other people around you. Make sure your feet are securely on your board and that they won't slip off.

When you are at the coping, you lift the nose of your board up just long enough to get your front wheels over it without them touching it.
My last tip for this trick is to turn your board around as soon as your front wheels touch the ground behind the coping. Don't waste any time when you're on the coping, turn in as soon as you get up tere or else you'll hang and your board will stay on the coping but you'll fall on your back. If you do turn in though and finish the trick, then congradulations! You have pulled a rock 'n' roll.

Last sunday my dad decided to play a game of skate on the ramp in our garage. We played for a while until Zea lost. Then it was my dad's turn to choose the trick. He did a lot of tricks until he fell on one and I had to choose the trick. I tried a layback grind but fell so my dad got to go again. He got to choose the tricks for a while and I pulled each one of them. But then he did a really high switch frontside turn and I didn't get high enough.
